Reviewers are required to declare any competing interests that may affect their impartiality in the manuscript review process. This includes, but is not limited to, financial, academic, or personal relationships with the authors or the subject matter of the manuscript.

  • Competing interests: The reviewer has potential conflicts of interest, which could influence their judgment. These should be disclosed, including any financial, academic, or personal relationships.
